This 7 days Silence Meditation Retreat focuses on cultivating deep awareness and clarity through continuous silence and minimal external stimuli. Daily schedules include multiple meditation sessions, periods of mindful walking, and reflective practices, all within a serene setting designed to support concentration and inner stillness. Meals are simple and eaten in silence to enhance mindfulness.
